Christmas online Shogi Tournament
On Saturday 20th December 2008 Christmas online Shogi Tournament will be held on PlayOk (Kurnik). It will be probably the biggest shogi tournament on Kurnik.
All shogi players are invited to participate. Each player who will take part the tournament should tell what country he represent. Kurnik's tournament registration will be started 5 minutes before tournament.
During the tournament new season of STL would be also discussed (http://shogipro.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=135)

Reminder - "Biggest" PlayOK shogi tournament on December 20
This is just a reminder. "Biggest" on-line PlayOK shogi tournament will be in place at 19:00(Central European Time on December 20, which means sometime in the afternoon in US of the same day.). It will be 6 round Swiss paring tournament with thinking time of 7 minutes and byoymi 30 seconds per move after consuming it. Since this is a private tournament organized by wwwshogipl, you do not have to have rating to participate the tournament. It's possible to obtain PlayOK account now and take part. So do not hesitate. Just go to the tournament place before the start time through the announcment page below;
